Membership cancellation

By completing the form below, you are submitting a request to cancel your Hoop Lab membership, which will be verified by our team and processed in accordance with your contract terms. Your membership is not immediately cancelled upon submission of this form. You will receive a confirmation once your request has been processed.

Kindly note: Under our 30 day cancellation policy, per our membership agreement, any membership payment set to occur less than 30 days after receipt of your cancellation request will occur as scheduled. You will have 30 days from the last membership payment to utilize any unused sessions before the cancellation is in effect. Any unused sessions remaining after the cancellation is in effect will be forfeited.
