Every new player at Hoop Lab starts with an initial evaluation to be placed in the appropriate level for classes. Sign up for a New Member Class (held on Mondays in Roslyn and Thursdays in Syosset) and your player will be evaluated to get their personalized development plan and hit the ground running.
Once you sign up for your Membership on our website or mobile app, class credits will be automatically added to your account. With your level and your class credits, you’ll be all set to book at your convenience and select any age- and level- appropriate class on our weekly schedule.

Real skill development takes personalized attention, deliberate practice, and consistent feedback. That’s where Hoop Lab stands apart.
In small, semi-private sessions of just 4 players or less, our expert trainers focus on the skills that team practices often overlook—helping each player build the foundation they need to grow, compete, and excel.
-
All players ages 6-16 of any skill level are welcome to join. Trainers complete a performance evaluation and place players in an appropriate age and skill level group. Age brackets are 6-7 years of age, 8-10 years of age and 11-16 years of age along with 3 skill levels appropriate for players ranging from absolute beginners to elite players preparing for college recruiting.
For players younger than 6 or older than 16, we offer Private 1:1s, Private Groups, and a Summer Elite program for HS/College players. -
Our Elite membership option includes 12 classes a month which can be shared among siblings. Basic or Premier memberships may not be shared among siblings. Separate players under those memberships can manage respective monthly class credits.

There is a limit of two classes per day per player.
