As a respected recruiter and talent evaluator, he serves as a basketball consultant to many of New Jersey's top parochial schools, helping identify and shape the next generation of standout players.

Throughout his career, he has coached and trained hundreds of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes — guiding them through skill development, exposure, and the path to the next level.
