WHAT’S HAPPENING?!
Hoop Lab members,
Based on your feedback, we're making a big change to make it easier for you to book classes and manage your membership by changing our booking platform from MindBody to Momence, effective January 14th!
This Change Will Make Hoop Lab Easier to Use
Many of you have shared frustrations with our prior platform, and we've been working hard to find a better solution for you. After an extensive search, we’re thrilled that Momence will offer big improvements for your experience, including:
Clear visibility into how many class credits you have left
Easier filtering of classes by age, level, location, and more
Simple add-on purchases so you can quickly grab more classes when you're running low
A more intuitive, user-friendly experience overall
Price Update With this transition, we're also making a small adjustment to our pricing—about $1 per class. As costs have risen across the board, we want to ensure we're compensating our amazing coaches fairly for the incredible work they do with your athletes every single day. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
A Quick Note: We're really confident this new platform is going to make for a much better experience for everyone. That said, as with any transition, there may be a few hiccups in that first week. We ask for your patience and grace as we work through any bumps—we'll be here to support you every step of the way!
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Here’s what you need to do.
First, Confirm Your New Account
Look for an email from Momence to set a new password. When you log-in, you’ll see your account, credits, and memberships are all ready and waiting for you!
Then, Download the New App
Grab them here at Apple App Store or for Android, the Google Play Store. You can also search “Hoop Lab” in either app store.
Then, delete the old app.
You can also access your account anytime on desktop by logging into Momence.com

My Classes
Easily access our class schedule from here to book a class. When booking your class, be sure to select the correct child from the drop-down.Children
Once you’ve booked for a child, you can see & manage existing class bookings under Children > My Children’s Events; We’ve migrated over existing class bookings for upcoming classes, but we ask that you please take a look to confirm!Memberships
See all current memberships and/or packages under “Subscriptions”.The blue tag next to your membership shows how many of your current class credits you have used. For example, if you see “1 / 4”, that means you have used one class credit and have 3 remaining.
My Account
Manage your payment methods, password, and notification settings under “My Account”
We kindly ask that you review your account in Momence to make sure your information looks good to you. Any errors you spot we can most easily resolve before January 15th, we will no longer have access to the prior software and troubleshooting will be more difficult.
