Background

Victoria joins Hoop Lab as Director of Member Experience, bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for developing young athletes. A member of the Cold Spring Harbor High School Hall of Fame for both field hockey and lacrosse, Victoria's high school career included First-Team All-American honors in lacrosse and the distinction of being the school's first-ever First-Team All-State field hockey player. 

While health complications cut short her Division 1 lacrosse career at Lehigh University, Victoria discovered her true passion: coaching and developing young athletes. For over a decade, she served as the Director/Head of Recruiting for Team Elevate, a nationally recognized travel lacrosse program. She also spent time at Friends Academy as the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach, earning the "Coach of the Year" award in 2019 from the Nassau County Girls Lacrosse Association. 

Victoria is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to Hoop Lab. When she's not at the lab, you can find Victoria coaching workout classes at F45 or volunteering with the Global Lyme Alliance.
