Coach Chris is bringing The Complete Guard Experience to Commack for a one-day clinic built around everything a guard needs: a tight handle under pressure, change of pace and direction, reading the defense, finishing at the rim, and making the right play for your team. Expect a high-rep, game-speed session that connects skill work to real decisions on the floor.

MEET COACH CHRIS

Chris Montalbano began training players in 2020, when he landed an internship with NBA and college trainer Peter Danyliv and spent more than three months in Kansas working with college and NBA players. After returning home, he began coaching AAU basketball for Level Up and training full time, and in 2024 he launched Players Only AAU with his brother.

Coach Chris and his brother both coach high school basketball in Smithtown. As Head JV Coach of Smithtown East/West, he has led the team to three consecutive winning seasons.
