Roslyn
The original lab. Two buildings on Lumber Road with seven mini-courts and a dedicated turf for strength and agility work.
Getting there
Courts 1–4, Court 7 & The Turf — inside the Long Island Sports Center. The door to Courts 1–4 is on the side of the building; Court 7 & The Turf is on the street. Both doors are clearly labeled.
Courts 5 & 6 — in the same plaza, in the last building on Lumber Road. Enter in the front, then proceed down the hall to the right to find the court.
Syosset
Our courts inside Sportime Syosset — the same semi-private method, minutes from the LIE.
Getting there
Located in Sportime Syosset. Walk past the front desk and down the small steps to find our courts.
Commack
Our first fully built-out gym, designed for the Hoop Lab method from the ground up — 6 mini-courts, a dedicated turf, and a full court for game play.
Getting there
Hoop Lab is located in the same shopping center as Floor & Decor and HomeSense, but our entrance is around the back of the building and does not face the main parking lot.
If you take Henry Street and find yourself in front of Home Sense, drive around the right side of the building. Follow all the way to the back and you'll find our main entrance (look for orange pillars).
If you take Arthur Street, drive down the hill and the back of Floor & Decor will be on your right. Hoop Lab's main entrance is right around the corner, you'll see our orange emergency exit door facing the parking lot.
